He is Executive Vice President of Wintrust Financial Corporation's 1031 Exchange Service - Chicago Deferred Exchange Company. For over 17 years, Mr. Brecher has served as QI working with attorneys, accountants and real estate professionals in connection with thousands of transactions.

Michael J. Romer, Esq. is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Romer Debbas, LLP. Michael C. Xylas is a partner in the Real Estate and Banking Practices Group of Abrams Garfinkel Margolis Bergson, LLP. Mr. Xylas has extensive transactional real estate experience representing individuals and entities with residential and commercial acquisitions and sales and the related financing of real estate properties. His banking experience includes overseeing mortgage settlement representation for major retail lenders and wholesale mortgage bankers, and he has also represented a number of major lenders in New York involving mixed-use commercial properties and with construction loan settlements.
